Asa Haile House
220 S Prospect St. , Galena, IL 61036
Vacation Rentals
Nestled atop Quality Hill with sweeping views of downtown Galena, the Asa Haile House blends historic architecture with upscale vacation-rental comforts.
Step into a slice of Galena heritage at the Asa Haile House, a striking red-brick Federal-style home built in 1856 by local river-boat captain and master mason Captain Asa Haile.
“The porch looks out over the whole town! Coffee at dawn felt like owning a piece of Galena’s past and present all at once.” - Cheryl S.
Guests love the house for its unique vantage point (just a short walk to Main Street) and the way it makes you feel part of Galena’s storied past.
